Wolfgang Kliem

Wolfgang Kliem (born December 7, 1936 in Berlin ; † March 18, 2003 there ) was a German politician ( CDU ).

Wolfgang Kliem attended a vocational school for metalworkers from 1952 and passed the journeyman's examination as a machine fitter in 1955 . He became a senior employee of the building cleaning company Bosse and joined the CDU in 1965. In the Berlin election in 1971 , he was elected to the District Assembly (BVV) in the Kreuzberg district. In the next election in 1975 , Kliem was elected by BVV Kreuzberg to the district councilor for construction, which he held until 1979. In the 1985 election he was able to win the direct mandate in the constituency of Kreuzberg 3 in the Berlin House of Representatives . Almost two years later he was able to win this constituency again in the 1990 election. At the end of the legislative term in 1995, he left parliament.
