Wolfgang Maerz
Wolfgang Maerz (born February 19, 1941 in Berlin ; † July 26, 2001 there ) was a German politician ( SPD ).
Maerz completed his secondary school leaving certificate and joined the Berlin administration in 1961. In 1965 he became a member of the SPD. In the 1971 Berlin election he was elected to the district council in the Neukölln district. In the following election in 1975 , Maerz was elected to the Berlin House of Representatives. In 1979 he was able to win the direct mandate for the constituency Neukölln 1 . Until 1990 he was a member of the House of Representatives.
