Wolfgang Waldl (born June 7, 1989 in Hartberg ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Waldl ​​started his career at USV Hartberg Umgebung . From 2005 he played for the club's fighting team. In the winter break of the 2008/09 season he moved to the regional division TSV Hartberg . He made his debut in the Regional League in March 2009 when he came on as a substitute for Stefan Rakowitz on the 17th matchday of that season against Union St. Florian in the 77th minute . At the end of the season he was promoted to the second division with Hartberg .

He made his debut in this in September 2009 when he was brought into play on the tenth match day of the 2009/10 season against the second team of FK Austria Wien in the half-time break for Igor Sekić .

After twelve second division games for Hartberg, he moved to the fourth-class SV Lafnitz for the 2011/12 season . With Lafnitz he was promoted to the regional league in 2013; in the promotion season he was used in all 30 games and scored 13 goals. After five seasons in the regional league, he was promoted to the second division with the club in 2018. In the five regional league seasons he came to over 130 games, in which he could score 32 times.
