Wolfram Boucsein

Wolfram Boucsein (born January 1, 1944 in Friedberg (Hessen) ; † January 2, 2012 ) was a German psychologist and university professor .

Services

In psychophysiological research as a professor at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal , Boucsein dealt with the research of electrodermal activity and with psychophysiological methods of recording. He headed the reference laboratory for this psychophysiological variable. In 2009 he retired and went to the neuromarketing company "Psyrecon" independently . Employees test how products affect customers. The aim is to research previously invisible and incomprehensible conditions and processes that control the decision of a potential buyer for or against a product.

Boucsein was Chairman of the Board of the Institute for Social Gerontology and Gerontology .
