World Architecture Festival

The World Architecture Festival (WAF) is hosted annually in Barcelona by EMAP , a media group that also organizes other festivals including the World Retail Congress and the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival . The first WAF took place in October 2008. In the course of the festival, a prize for “Building of the Year” will also be awarded.

In 2018 the WAF will take place from November 28th to 30th at the RAI Amsterdam.
