The Vostochnaja Liza ( Russian Восточная Лица , literal translation: "Eastern Liza") is a river in the northeast of the Kola Peninsula in Murmansk Oblast in Russia .

The catchment area covers 1700 km², the mean discharge 29.9 m³ / s. The river has its origin about 50 km east of Lake Lowosero . It flows in a northerly direction and flows into the Barents Sea , 200 km east of Murmansk .

Atlantic salmon are caught in the river during the summer months .
