Wrae Tower is the ruin of a lowland castle ( Tower House ) from the 16th century south of the village Broughton in the upper Tweedtal in the Scottish administration unit Scottish Borders . The ruin is listed as a Category C building.

Today only a 9 meter high and 4 meter wide fragment of the stair tower in the northeast corner of the building remains . The tower was believed to have been built for the Tweedies of Drumelzier , who had owned the surrounding land since 1320.
