The Wraysbury River is a tributary of the River Colne in Greater London , England . It separates from the River Colne west of West Drayton east of the junction of the M4 motorway and the M25 motorway . It passes under the M4 and then turns west to run along the M25 to junction 13. There the Wraysbury River turns again to the east to reunite with the River Colne at Staines .

The Poyle Channel connects the Wraysbury River with the Colne Brook .
