Wyschtschetarassiwka ( Ukrainian Вищетарасівка ; Russian Высшетарасовка Wysschetarassowka ) is a village in the Ukrainian Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with about 3800 inhabitants (2004).
The village, founded by the Zaporozhian Cossacks in 1740 , is the only place in the district of the same name in the southeast of Tomakivka district . Vyshchetarassivka is located on the banks of the Dnepr , which is dammed up to the Kachowka reservoir , and on the territorial road T – 04–35 , 38 km south of the district center of Tomakivka and about 120 km south of the oblast capital Dnipro .
