Xie Zhongbo
Xie Zhongbo ( Chinese 谢中博 , born May 22, 1983 in Hunan ) is a Chinese badminton player .
Career
Zhendong is considered to be a double specialist, having achieved most of his successes in the double disciplines. Together with Guo Zhendong he was successful in men's doubles when they both won the Polish Open in 2004, the China Masters in 2005 , the Austrian International in 2007 and the 2008 India Open in 2008. 2nd place came out at the Macau Open 2008, 3rd place at the Hong Kong Open 2005 and 2006.
Xie Zhongbo and Guo Zhendong also took part in the 2008 Olympic Games , but were eliminated in round one.
At the 2005 World Championships, he won the silver medal in mixed with Zhang Yawen . In 2006 at the Asian Games he won the gold medal with the team. He also won mixed at the Hong Kong Open 2008, the China Masters 2008 and the Thailand Open 2008.
