The Yères (sometimes spelled Yeres ) is a coastal river in France that runs in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region . It rises in the municipality of Aubermesnil-aux-Érables , generally drains in a north-westerly direction and flows into the English Channel after 40 kilometers at Criel Plage in the municipality of Criel-sur-Mer .
