Yacouba Bamba (born December 16, 1975 in Abidjan ) is a former Ivorian football player .

Career

society

After a few years in his home country, Bamba moved to, among other things, African Sports, where he became champion of the Ivory Coast in 1996, to Zurich, where he briefly played for FC Zurich, but finally played regularly and scored goals for YF Juventus. Then she moved to Yverdon in western Switzerland. He then played at FC Wil. Among other things, he played in the highest scoring game in the highest Swiss league and scored three goals in the game against FC St. Gallen . He later moved back to YF Juventus, then moved to Turkey, then to two stations in Azerbaijan , where he was top scorer with FK Karvan in the 2005/06 season and won the Azerbaijani Football Cup at the same time . With Khazar Lankaran he won the Azerbaijani Football Cup again in 2007/08 and the CIS Cup in 2008 .

International

Bamba played four times for the Ivorian national soccer team, each time as a substitute and scored no goal.

Private

Bamba's son Axel Bamba (* 1999 ) currently plays for Paris FC . He would also like to compete for the Ivory Coast.
