Yang's first participation in an international competition was at the 2007 Junior World Championship in Airolo , where she won the silver medal. She made her debut in the World Cup on December 21, 2007 in Lianhua , where she reached 13th place. After the 2007/08 season, there was a three-year break in his sports career because of his studies. Yang won the bronze medal at the 2011 Winter Asian Games in Almaty . On February 11, 2012, she returned to the World Cup and immediately classified fourth in Beida Lake .
