Yann Polydore (born February 2, 1989 in French Guiana ) is a French handball player .

Career

The 1.90 m tall right back player came across the Atlantic in 2005 and played in the youth department in Massy , at the same time he gained his first experience with the adults at Châtenay-Malabry in the French third division. In 2007, the left-hander moved to the second division Dijon Bourgogne HB , with whom he was promoted to the Ligue Nationale de Handball in 2009 . After being relegated in 2011, he joined HBC Nantes , with whom he reached the third round in the 2011/12 EHF Cup . Both in the cup and in the league cup 2011/12, he failed only in the semifinals. He then signed with Cesson-Rennes Métropole HB . In 2013 he went back to the second division to Grand Nancy ASPTT HB. In the 2014/15 season he played for the German club HBW Balingen-Weilstetten . He then moved to the second division HG Saarlouis . He has been playing for the regional division TG Heidingsfeld since the 2018/19 season.
