The Yaquina River is a river approximately 80 kilometers in length in the US state of Oregon . It rises in the Oregon Coast Range west of Corvallis in the Siuslaw National Forest between the counties Benton County and Lincoln County , flows through at Newport the Yaquina Bay and then flows south Yaquina Bay State Park in the Pacific Ocean .
