Yeonje-gu ( Korean 연제구 ) is one of the 16 districts of Busan . It is one of the central districts of the city. The district borders the Dongnae-gu , Haeundae-gu , Suyeong-gu , Nam-gu, and Busanjin-gu neighborhoods in a clockwise direction .
Districts
Yeonje-gu consists of only two dong (sub-districts), both of which are divided into four or nine further dong. The district thus has a total of 13 dong. The name of the district derives also from the syllables Yeon and depending on his dong.

Lee Seong-moon (이성문) is the district mayor. He belongs to the Deobureo-minju party .
