Yiğitcan Erdoğan (born March 13, 1984 in Istanbul ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

society

Erdoğan was born in the Fatih district of Istanbul in 1984 and began playing club football in the youth of İstanbulspor . In the summer of 2003 he switched to the third division and Istanbul district club Bakırköyspor as a professional player . There he played the following three seasons.

In the summer of 2006 he moved to Istanbul's second division Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor . With this team he rose in his first season as runner-up in the TFF 1st Lig in the Süper Lig . For the new season, however, Erdoğan was loaned to Orduspor .

In 2008 he moved to the traditional club from Izmir and then the second division Altay Izmir . Here you reached the play-offs of the TFF 1st Lig twice in a row and missed promotion to the Süper Lig twice in the last instance. After Altay relegated to the TFF 2nd Lig in the summer of 2011 for the first time in his club's history , Erdoğan left the club.

After his departure from Altay, he moved to third division club Şanlıurfaspor in the summer of 2011 . With this club he rose in the summer of 2012 as master of the TFF 2nd Lig in the second-class TFF 1st Lig .

In the summer of 2013 Erdoğan moved within the TFF 1st Lig to Adana Demirspor .

For the 2015/16 season he moved to the second division Balıkesirspor and half a season later within the league to Yeni Malatyaspor . With this club he finished the 2016/17 season as runner-up and rose with him to the Süper Lig. For the 2017/18 season he and his teammate Sezer Özmen were signed by the second division Adana Demirspor.

National team

In November 2000 Erdoğan was once nominated for the squad of the Turkish U-16 national team, but was not used.
