Yoke Iceland (of English yoke , yoke ' ) is an island in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located west of the northern end of Liège Island .
Participants of the Fourth French Antarctic Expedition (1903-1905) under the direction of polar explorer Jean-Baptiste Charcot mapped them. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named them descriptively after their shape in 1960.
