The adventures of the young James Bond

Still waters are deadly : after the death of his parents, the 13-year-old boy named James Bond comes to the elite school Eton. Shortly after his arrival, he met the older student George Hellebore, with whom he had constant problems from now on. James spends his holidays in the country with his uncle and aunt. There is a castle nearby that belongs to George Hellebor's father. Strange things are happening there. James and a boy he met, get to the bottom of the mystery of the eerie walls and uncover terrible crimes.

Only death comes back : In Eton, a forbidden night-time meeting with other boys forces James to flee over the rooftops in order not to be caught by his housefather. In the process, however, he gets lost and overhears two shady characters talking in Latin and discovers a strange character: MM . A little later, James learns that an Eton student named Mark Goodenough has family problems, because his father was murdered on his yacht in the Mediterranean and his sister Amy has since disappeared. James and his friends Pritpal and Perry attend a lecture by the young teacher Mr Haight, which is about bandits in Sardinia . James also learns that the teacher is planning an excursion to Sardinia for the summer holidays and decides to take part in it to visit his cousin Viktor, whose house was later robbed and it appears that the robbery and murder is going on the father of the schoolmate related to it.

When they arrive in Sardinia, the group of students first deals with archaeological excavations. In addition, a second Eton teacher, Mr Cooper-ffrench, arrives and does not exactly trigger enthusiasm, because he is an extremely unpopular Latin teacher. James doesn't have to deal with him for long because he leaves the group to go to Viktor's house. There he meets the strange artist Poliponi, with whom Viktor lives. James likes it exceptionally well, but then his cousin and Poliponi are invited to his castle by the opaque Count Ugo Carnifex. Then the events roll over. James finally solves the mystery of the two mysterious M's and also finds out who is killing him and where Amy is hidden. In the end, all sorts of past events come together to form a terrible overall picture.

GoldenBoy : Alexis Fairburn, a teacher at Eton boarding school, suddenly disappears. A little later, Pritpal Nandra received a letter of strange content. James and his friends soon discover that this document contains puzzles that they must solve in order to free Teacher. Together with a friend, the young James Bond then sets off for Cambridge and London. Again and again he has to fight off attacks from two cunning villains who work for Fairburn's kidnappers. After narrowly escaping again, James meets his old friend Red Kelly again. Together with Red and his sister, James succeeds in uncovering a criminal plot.

Talking is silver, silence is deadly : James is with his aunt Charmian in South America to recover from the injuries of his last adventure. Since Charmian wants to join an expedition into the Mexican jungle, her nephew is supposed to stay with an American family in Mexico for a few months . As soon as the two have arrived there, a heavy storm is announced. The host, Jack Stone, an American fighter pilot from the First World War , persuades Charmian to fly her to the agreed meeting point in the jungle as quickly as possible. James, the two children Precious and JJ Stone and the domestic servants stay behind. During the storm, a gang of criminals penetrated the house and stole the safe with secret US Navy documents. At first, James, Precious and JJ escape them, but the siblings soon fall into the hands of the gangsters again, so that James and a Mexican friend named Garcia inevitably join them. From now on, we drive through the country completely destroyed by the storm in an old truck. Eventually they land in a disused oil field and break into the safe, which, however, does not contain anything valuable. One member of the group sinks into a mud hole after a shootout that also kills Garcia, another escapes with the injured JJ. So only James, Precious and the two remaining members of the gang make their way to Palenque, where Jack Stone is suspected with the stolen secret documents. Although James and the girl manage to escape for a short time, a gang member who was believed to be dead appears unexpectedly. With Manny, who is missing a piece of skull and large parts of his memories after falling from a window in the Stones' house, they get to Palenque and meet the other two again - but not Jack and Charmian. After the death of her last accomplice, Mrs. Glass, the leader of the criminals, ultimately takes the documents and flees to the island of Lagrimas Negras, where criminals live undisturbed but can never get away. Along with the completely confused Manny, Precious and James follow her. Manny dies shortly after arriving while hugging a cactus, while James and Precious are assigned to the work crew. They secretly forge escape plans and ensure that El Huricán, the ruler of the island, lets them onto his “road of death”, which no one has survived alive. However, the two manage the seemingly impossible and so you have to let them go. Before they leave, El Huricán gives James the documents.

Death knows no tomorrow: James Bond travels to Kitzbühel after a group of Eton students , where they ski over Easter . On the train ride, he made the acquaintance of some boys from the Hitler Youth and he also felt he was being watched in Austria from the start. Arrived in Kitzbühel, James and another boy named Miles Langton-Herring lost contact with the group during a ski trip. The two can hardly find their way around and wander around into the night. Miles breaks his leg in a fall, so James has to drag him through the snow. After both tumbling down a slope in the dark and being buried, James is at the end of his tether. He can barely free himself from the snow and build a snow cave for himself and Miles, where the search party will find them the next morning.
One night in the hospital, James hears screams from a neighboring room. Inside are two completely bandaged men. One of the two screams that his cousin Jürgen will be killed. James later learns that one of the two injured is the Austrian nobleman Otto Graf von Schlick. This owns Schloss Donnerspitze on the Schwarzkogel. On a journey from there to Vienna , two men who allegedly had a breakdown stopped him. Just as the count leaned over the car's engine, there was an explosion in which he and Liesl were seriously injured. He and a second injured man were then admitted to hospital, but one of them died there. After spending a few days with Hannes Oberhauser, his ski instructor, James sees the supposed Count von Schlick sitting on the terrace on the day Miles is released and notices that he is staring at him, but thinks nothing of it.
For the first time after his adventures in Mexico, James is returning to Eton after his stay in Kitzbühel. The feeling of being watched and followed increases, as James thinks he sees a man in a gray felt hat more often in gate entrances and behind house corners. There is also an attack on him.
There have been some changes in the Codrose house in the meantime: On the one hand, the new house elder Bentick, known as Bloody Bentick, is making life difficult for the boys, on the other hand, Roan, the new young Irish maid, enchants them. James can't escape her charm either, so he accepts an invitation to a picnic in the park. On this occasion he met Dandy, a young Irish man who works as a gardener in Eton. Later, James and Dandy meet two ball-playing girls who turn out to be Queen Elizabeth II and her sister Margaret . At a party to which Miles' father James invited out of gratitude, he met Edward, the Prince of Wales and later King Edward VIII, and his lover Wallis Simpson shortly afterwards .
When the fourth of June came, the birthday of King George III. is celebrated, all the strange events in James' life make sense: He understands that Dandy, apparently a communist, wants to kill King George V with an explosive device and that this same King George is Count von Schlick's cousin Jürgen. James succeeds in preventing the attack. Dandy is shot shortly afterwards and James learns that his teacher, Mr Merriot, is a former spy for the SIS and had him watched by the man in the felt hat. Merriot instructs James, who is also a member of the communist terrorist cell, to extract information from Roan. But this violates the instructions of his teacher and flees with Roan, with whom he has fallen in love. Via France , the two finally get to Hannes Oberhauser in Kitzbühel, where they find shelter for a few weeks. But then Roan betrays James and turns him over to the other terrorists. The two are brought to Donnerspitze Castle, where Graf von Schlick reveals his true identity: He is Perseus Friend, the scientist who worked for Lord Hellebore at Silverfin Castle. The real Graf von Schlick was killed in the hospital. Friend, whose skin was badly affected in the fire at Silverfin Castle and who blames Bond for it, wants to peel off the boy's skin while still alive and have it transplanted. In addition, Roan has to learn that the group around Friend is by no means communists, but rather fascists who are on Hitler's side. James and Roan are locked in cells, but James manages to get a gun and free himself and the girl. Although they briefly fall back into the hands of Friend and his henchmen, they manage to escape again. As a result, there is a shooting on the castle grounds, in which Germans, Russians and British are involved. Friend is killed and Roan is badly injured. She drags herself up a nearby mountain, where James follows her. There she dies in his arms.
Since James, after having beaten Bentick up badly before he fled and having stormed himself on top of that, can no longer return to Eton, Mr. Merriot sends him to Fettes College in Edinburgh .
