Yvan Richard (born December 11, 1950 ) is a former French ski jumper .

Career

Richard made his international debut at the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1970 in Štrbské Pleso . He jumped from the large hill to 73 and 80 meters and thus reached 62nd place.

At the Four Hills Tournament 1971/72 Richard started in three of the four jumping competitions. However, he did not make it into the top 80 in any competition and ended the tour with 412.8 points in 96th place overall. At the following Winter Olympics in Sapporo in 1972 , he also did not get top results. After rank 54 on the normal hill, he was ranked 49 on the large hill.

At the Four Hills Tournament 1973/74 he competed in all four competitions and achieved his best individual tour result with 74th place on the Bergiselschanze in Innsbruck . In the overall ranking he finished 83rd after the tour was over.
