Yves-Georges-René Ramousse MEP (born February 23, 1928 in Sembadel , Haute-Loire , France ) is emeritus Vicar Apostolic of Phnom-Penh .

Life

Yves Ramousse joined the Congregation of the Paris Mission at and received on 4 April 1953, the priestly ordination . Pope John XXIII appointed him on November 12, 1962 titular Bishop of Pisita and Vicar Apostolic of Phnom Penh.

The emeritus Vicar Apostolic of Phnom Penh- Gustave Raballand MEP ordained him on February 24 of next year for Bishops ; Co- consecrators were Henri Pinault MEP, Bishop of Chengdu , and Jean-Pierre Dozolme , Bishop of Le Puy-en-Velay . He participated in the second to fourth session of the Second Vatican Council .

He resigned from his office on April 30, 1976. Pope John Paul II appointed him for the second time on July 6, 1992 as Vicar Apostolic of Phnom Penh. He resigned for the second time on April 14, 2001.
