Yvon Beliën

Yvon Beliën (born December 28, 1993 in Budel ) is a Dutch volleyball player .

Career

Beliën began her career in her hometown at VC Ledûb . In 2009 she switched to Summa Peelpush in Meijel . The following year she took part in the European Championship with the Dutch juniors. In 2011, the middle blocker was signed by the first division club VC Weert . With the club she won the Dutch Supercup twice in a row. In 2013, Beliën made her senior national team debut . She took part in the World Grand Prix and the European Championship . She then moved to the German Bundesliga team Ladies in Black Aachen . With Aachen she reached the semi-finals of the German championship in 2014; it was the greatest success in the club's history. She then moved to Schweriner SC . With the national team, she became vice European champion in her own country in 2015 . Then Beliën moved to Italy to River Volley Piacenza .
