Yvon Cloarec

Yvon Cloarec (born May 13, 1960 ) is a former French track cyclist .

Yvon Cloarec specialized in the short-term disciplines in track cycling. In 1980 he was runner-up at the World Track Championships in Besançon in tandem races , together with Franck Dépine . In the same year he won the Grand Prix de Paris and was French runner-up in the 1000-meter time trial . At the French track championships in 1981 he was again runner-up in the time trial and in 1982 third in this discipline. In 1984 he took third place at the Grand Prix de Paris .

Today Yvon Cloarec works as the sporting director of a cycling team.
