Zafer Demir (born January 8, 1977 in Erzurum ) is a former Turkish football player .
Zafer Demir began his club career in 1996 at Erzurumspor . In July 2002 he moved to Kayserispor and played for this club until June 2003. This was followed by positions at Konyaspor (2003-2006), Sakaryaspor (2006/07), Denizlispor (2007/08) and finally again at Konyaspor (2008/09) . He was a midfielder and was used in 158 games in the Turkish Süper Lig during his career .
