Zatorze (Gliwice)
Zatorze (German city forest ) is a district of Gliwice (German Gleiwitz ). Zatorze was newly formed in February 2008 from the eastern part of Szobiszowice .
General
Zatorze ("Stadtwaldviertel") is a district in the northeast of Gliwice and was originally the eastern part of Szobiszowice (German Petersdorf ). Later, Zatorze and Szobiszowice formed the Zatorze-Szobiszowice district. Zatorze has been an independent district since February 22, 2008. In Zatorze are u. a. the “Milenium” and “Powstańców Śląskich” housing estates. In the district are the stadium of Piast Gliwice (German Jahn Stadium ) and the shopping center "Forum Gliwice"
