Zbigniew Wojciech Filip (born February 17, 1970 in Wałbrzych ) is a former Polish biathlete .

Zbigniew Filip worked for Górnik Wałbrzych from 1987 to 1993 , then for Biathlon Wałbrzych . In 1992 he took part in the Winter Olympics in Albertville , where he was used in the sprint, in which he was 16th, and in singles, where he finished 72nd. The sprint result was his best international result. He was used several times in the World Cup, but without achieving any results worth mentioning. In 1989 and four times in a row from 1991 to 1994 Filip won the Polish championship title with the relay. In 1995 he won silver in the relay and team, and in 1991 bronze in sprint and individual.
