Zdravko Drinčić ( Serbian Здравко Дринчић, born May 1, 1972 in Nikšić , SFR Yugoslavia , now Montenegro ) is a former Montenegrin football player .

Club career

Zdravko Drinčić played at the beginning of his career for the then Serbian first division club FK Radnički Beograd . In the 1995/96 season he played in the first half of the season for league rivals FK Vojvodina Novi Sad . During the winter break, the striker then moved to the then Spanish second division club CA Osasuna . After the season Drinčić returned to Novi Sad for two more years. In 1998 the German first division club VfL Bochum signed him . As Stefan Kuntz's strike partner , he celebrated his Bundesliga debut there on November 11, 1998 against 1. FC Nürnberg . The game ended 2-2 and Drinčić played the full 90 minutes. At the end of the season he had to go to the 2nd Bundesliga with Bochum , but managed to get promoted again with his team a year later. In 2001 he moved to SV Waldhof Mannheim , which just missed promotion to the first division in the preseason. At the end of the season Drinčić reached table position 9 with his team and moved back to his former club FK Vojvodina Novi Sad. In 2004 the striker moved to the Greek club Panachaiki , where he ended his career after one season.
