The Zeche Sonnenscheiner Stolln is a former hard coal mine in Oberdahlhausen . Hard coal was mined in the area of the Köllermann farm as early as 1530 .

history

In 1630 the mine was put back into operation and a tunnel was set up. In the same year, the August tunnel was built between today's Hasenwinkeler Strasse and Polterberg Strasse . In 1700, the Sonnenscheiner Stolln colliery was closed again. Later, the tunnel was probably called the " oldest sunshine tunnel ". In 1732 the deeper Hasenwinkeler Stolln, which was sometimes also called " Tieferer Sonnenscheiner Stolln ", was created. The tunnel mouth hole of this tunnel was about 300 meters southeast of the already existing " oldest sunshine tunnel ". The documents do not clearly indicate which tunnel this is. In 1772 a length field was awarded . In 1796, a cross cut was driven to solve the mine field of the Hasenwinkeler Stolln colliery . In 1809 , the Hasenwinkeler Stolln and Sonnenscheiner Stolln collieries consolidated with the Sonnenscheiner Erbstolln to form the Hasenwinkel & Sonnenschein colliery . The reason for this consolidation were the unclear circumstances of Berechtsame .

Remarks

  1. An entry well , even Stoll bay called, is a light hole was geteuft on a cleat. These shafts are required to support the tunnel operation. (Source: Albert Serlo: Leitfaden der Bergbaukunde. First volume, fourth revised and up to the most recent edition supplemented.)
