There was a sliding path to the coal defeat on the Ruhr . In 1807, shaft 4 was mined . In 1809, shaft 5 was mined. On February 25, 1812, the tunnel operation was shut down. In the same year of the trades for a grant from the Mining Authority , addressed to the mine for civil engineering to be able to go. At that time, the majority of trades from Mülheim were involved in the union , one of which was the engineer Franz Dinnendahl . In 1814, the engineer Franz Dinnendahl was commissioned with the Collenbuscherbank colliery to build a dewatering machine. In addition to the steam-powered machine, Dinnendahl should also have all the associated buildings erected. In the following year the Zeche Wasserschneppe consolidated with the Zeche Spiekbank and the St. Maria von Gutenrath Erbstollen to the Zeche Vereinigte Wasserschneppe .
