Journal of banking law and banking economics
The magazine for banking law and banking industry (ZBB) is an interdisciplinary specialist magazine that deals with topics of banking and capital market law as well as banking management.
history
It was founded in 1989 by Johannes Köndgen and Hartmut Schmidt . The ZBB has had the subtitle Journal for Banking Law and Banking (JBB) since 2011 . The ZBB is published every two months by RWS Verlag Cologne.
It is currently being edited by six professors of law and economics:
- Johannes Köndgen , University of Bonn ;
- Matthias Casper , University of Münster ;
- Lars Klöhn , University of Marburg ;
- Hartmut Schmidt, University of Hamburg ;
- Eric Nowak, University of Lugano ;
- Thomas Hartmann-Wendels , University of Cologne .
From 2000 to 2009 Christoph Kaserer , Technical University of Munich and from 2006 to 2011 Rolf Sethe , University of Zurich were co-editor. Articles in the ZBB are only printed after an anonymous peer review process .
