Remarks

  1. According to the two Cuban authors Sigfredo Barros (Centroamericanos y del Caribe: los más antiguos juegos deportivos regionales del mundo, 1984) and Enrique Montesinos (Los juegos Regionales más antiguos, 2017), no bronze was awarded, but there is also another list on the occasion of the Games of 1978 in Medellín, after which no bronze was awarded in the men's singles and instead the Cubans J. Sánchez and Gustavo Vollmer won bronze in the men's doubles (Memoria De los XIII Juegos Deportivos Centroamericanos y del Caribe, 1980).
