The tennis competitions of the Xth Central American and Caribbean Games in 1966 were held from June 12th to 19th on the grounds of the Hotel Racquet Club in the area of Isla Verde in Carolina , the eastern neighboring city of San Juan. On June 15, the game could not be played due to continuous rain. There were singles and doubles for men and women as well as the mixed competition. Mexico won all five titles. The audience was 3,264 with an entry fee of one US dollar.
