The tennis competitions of the VII Central American and Caribbean Games in 1954 were held from March 7th to 14th on the grounds of the Centro Deportivo Chapultepec in Mexico City . There were singles and doubles for men and women as well as the mixed competition. The Mexican players were superior to the competition and remained unbeaten in international comparisons. Mario Llamas and Imelda Ramírez each won three titles.
