The tennis competitions of the VIII Central American and Caribbean Games in 1959 were held from January 7th to 12th on the grounds of the Ciudad Universitaria in Caracas . There were singles and doubles for men and women as well as the mixed competition. As in the 1954 games, the Mexican players remained unbeaten in international comparisons. Yolanda Ramírez won three titles.
