The Outer Eastern Carpathians (Polish: Zewnętrzne Karpaty Wschodnie ) is part of the Eastern Carpathians in southern Poland in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship , Slovakia , Romania and Ukraine . Its highest peak is the Hoverla with 2061 m.
