The Zhejiang International Circuit ( Chinese 浙江 国际赛车场 ) is a permanent race track opened in 2016, in the Shaoxing administrative region in the People's Republic of China .

The permanent racetrack runs counter-clockwise and is 12 to 15 meters wide. The route can be divided into two variants: an east course which is 1,540 meters long and a west course which is 1,610 meters long. Both variants can be used independently of each other.

On the premises of the racetrack there is a kart track, conference rooms, a motorsport center and a hotel.

history

In 2011, the British architectural firm Apex Circuit Design was commissioned to plan a race track in the Shaoxing administrative area. Construction work began in 2013 and the race track, with a kart track and hotel, was completed in 2016.

Events

National automobile championship races take place on the racetrack. Races of the TCR Asia Series and the Asian Le Mans Series are planned for 2017 .
