Drölma Lhakhang ( Tibetan : སྒྲོལ་ མ་ ལྷ་ ཁང, legend after Wylie : sgrol ma lha khang ; Zhoimalhakang ; "Tara Temple") is a Buddhist temple in the southern corner of Kyirong County (Chin. Jilong ) in the Tibetan Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . It is located southwest of the Chöde monastery (Chin. Qude si ) at an altitude of 4,160 m in the central part of the Gongtang-wangcheng site ( 贡 塘 王 城 遗址 , Gongtang wangcheng yizhi ); its construction began in 1274 , which can be determined from a document text. Fine carvings of the wooden structure and wall paintings of the time have been preserved from the building . The upper one of the two floors has already collapsed. The facility includes a gate courtyard, a middle courtyard and a rear hall.

The temple has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (5-408) under one number since 2001, along with two other monuments . It should not be confused with the Nyethang Drölma Lhakhang in the Nyethang community of the Chushur Tibetan district (Chushul, Chinese: Qushui ), which is also on the list of monuments.
