The Ziegenberg nature reserve is located in the Borchen municipality in the Paderborn district in North Rhine-Westphalia . It is the only nature reserve in this municipality.

The small area extends southwest of the core city of Paderborn and northwest of the core town of Borchen. On the eastern edge of the area which runs A 33 , to the west, the country road L 756 and L the northeast 755. The reward, a right influx of Alme flows through the southwestern part of the region therethrough. To the north, the approximately 81 hectare nature reserve Ziegenberg (Paderborn) joins directly in the area of ​​the city of Paderborn.
