history

As Zimbabwe flyafrica , the company was initially a subsidiary of the Mauritian Flyafrica until the beginning of 2017 . The operation had to be stopped in November 2015 due to "blatant defects" until further notice. The airline was formally wound up in early 2016.

In March 2017, the company wanted to resume operations with new owners. At the end of May 2017, flights were resumed in the near future after a financial injection. At the beginning of June, the company, which is now owned by the Zimbabwean Mugwagwa Holdings , received all the necessary licenses.

Destinations

Fly Africa Zimbabwe served from Harare nationally Victoria Falls and Bulawayo and internationally Johannesburg and Lubumbashi .

From November 2017 there were again flights between Harare and Victoria Falls. The license was withdrawn in June 2018, but re-issued a little later. Connections between Harare and Bulawayo are planned for August 2018 [obsolete] .
