The Zimmerbach is a right tributary of the Salza in Hainich in Thuringia .

geography

course

The Zimmerbach is created in Zimmer, a district of Bad Langensalza , through the confluence of the Zimmertalsgraben and the Orbach. Both have their source near the treetop path in the Hainich National Park .

To the east of Zimmer on the B 84 , the Zimmerbach joins the Hellerbach. In summer this often carries little or no water. At the municipal waterworks, the Zimmerbach flows into the Salza, which rises from the Golke karst spring . This assumes the direction of the Zimmerbach stream.
