Zion Evrony
Zion Evrony is an Israeli diplomat .
Evrony studied at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem . He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science , a Master in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in international relations .
In 1973 he started working in the Israeli Foreign Ministry . From 1995 to 2002 he was the Israeli consul general in Houston . From August 2006 to 2010 Evrony held the post of Israeli Ambassador to Ireland .
Evrony is married and has three children. He has taught international relations as a visiting scholar at the Hebrew University, Tel Aviv University and the Open University of Israel .
