Zodiac Mindwarp And The Love Reaction is a British hard rock - band around the front man Mark Manning aka Zodiac Mindwarp .
Mark Manning and Zodiac Mindwarp
After studying art, Manning had no musical ambitions and, according to his own statement, came to music by chance when music manager Dave Balfe spoke to him on the bus . At the time he was working as a graphic designer for Flexipop magazine and created Zodiac Mindwarp as a comic-like alter ego with no particular career intentions .
To this day, Manning continues to work as an artist and make exhibitions. He has three children from two marriages and is in a relationship with the artist Miriam Glinka. Mark Manning lives in London.
Musical success
The greatest successes were the singles Prime Mover and Backseat Education from the album Tattooed Beat Messiah (1988). They also wrote the original of Alice Cooper's hit Feed My Frankenstein (included on the Hoodlum Thunder album ).
Kid Chaos (also known as "Haggis") later played bass with The Cult and founded The Four Horsemen .
In 1997 the band recorded the psychedelic trance CD devils circus together with Killing Joke founding member Martin Glover (Youth) under the name Zodiac Youth , which was released under the label of Youth ( Dragonfly Records ).
