Zsuzsanna Sirokay

Zsuzsanna Sirokay (born March 28, 1941 in Ungvár ) is a Hungarian pianist .

Live and act

She completed her training with Péter Solymos at the Franz Liszt Music Academy in Budapest with honors. In addition to studying with György Kurtág , she attended master classes with Alfred Brendel , Paul Badura-Skoda , Jörg Demus and Géza Anda .

Concert tours have taken her to Hungary and Switzerland to Germany, England, Ireland, Holland, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Czechoslovakia, Poland, the Soviet Union and Spain.

She made radio recordings for the stations Basel, Berlin, Bern, Budapest, Geneva, Glasgow, Cologne, Lausanne, London, Lugano, Stuttgart, Vienna and Zurich.

Zsuzsanna Sirokay lives in Switzerland.

• Finalist at the International Clara Haskil Piano Competition in Lucerne in 1967 and 1969
