Lhota pod Radčem is a municipality and village in the Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants. The folk architecture in the centre of the village is well preserved and is protected by law as an village monument zone.

Lhota pod Radčem lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-east of Rokycany, 26 km (16 mi) east of Plzeň, and 59 km (37 mi) south-west of Prague.
