Morgan Arc

Luffy defeats Alvida and the two journey to find crewmates.
2	"Roronoa Zolo: Pirate Hunter"	September 25, 2004
Luffy and Coby arrive at Shell Island, a Navy base. They meet the bounty hunter Roronoa Zolo, held under arrest by an infamous Navy captain, Captain "Axe-Hand" Morgan, and his son Helmeppo.
3	"An Unlikely Pair: The Pirate & The Pirate Hunter"	October 2, 2004
Luffy convinces Zolo to join his crew, but they must first defeat Captain Morgan. After freeing the island from Morgan's oppressive rule, Coby is accepted as a Navy officer while the other two continue on their journey.

Buggy Arc

In order to save herself and steal a map to the Grand Line, Nami tricks Luffy into allowing her to turn him over to Buggy.
6	"The Beast Breaker"	October 23, 2004
Mohji and Richie show up for revenge after Buggy's humiliating defeat in the previous episode, and Luffy meets a small dog guarding his master's store, even though he knows that he is long dead.
7	"The Desperate Duel"	October 30, 2004
Enraged by the actions of Buggy's crew, the city's mayor rushes to fight Buggy himself, but the Straw Hat Pirates come to his rescue. Zolo fights Cabaji, despite still being wounded from his previous encounter with Buggy, while Luffy faces the clown pirate himself and Nami searches for the map to the Grand Line.
8	"Who Gets the Last Laugh?"	November 6, 2004
Buggy's link to Shanks is revealed, and when he rips the straw hat Shanks gave Luffy, the rubber human's rage knows no limits. Who will win in this clash between Cursed Fruit users?

Kuro Arc

With Nami forming an alliance with the crew as their navigator (though not as an actual member), the crew arrives at the Syrup Village, where they meet the town liar, Usopp, who also has ties to Shanks.

When trying to convince his rich friend, Kaya, to give the Straw Hats a ship, Usopp is told to stay away from her by her caretaker, Klahadore. However, when Usopp and Luffy later see him conversing with a strange man, they learn of a plot to kill Kaya. Usopp runs back to the village to warn Kaya, only to find that after all his years of lying no one believes him.
11	"The War at the Shore"	November 27, 2004
After being chased out of Kaya's home, Usopp resolves to keep his story of pirates attacking the town a lie by making sure none reach it. Luffy, Zolo, Nami, and Usopp then try to keep the Black Cat Pirate Crew at bay.
12	"The Black Cat Pirates"	December 4, 2004
The Straw Hats manage to take out most of the opposing Black Cat Pirates, so Django orders the Meowmen Brothers to attack. Meanwhile, after getting hypnotized by Django, Luffy gets himself stuck under the collapsed mast of the Black Cat Pirates' ship.
13	"Good Pirates vs. Bad Pirates"	December 11, 2004
Captain Kuro himself arrives at the scene, and with Zolo too injured to fight, Luffy being incapitated, and the other two being too weak to handle him, things seem hopeless. However, Kaya herself appears to bargain with Kuro.
14	"The Purr-fect plan"	December 18, 2004
Zolo and Buchi (of the Meowmen Brothers) face off once again as Luffy and Kuro begin their fight. Usopp orders the Usopp Pirates to run away with Kaya, but Django goes after them. A flashback reveals how Captain Kuro faked his caputre with Captain Morgan and how he became Kaya's butler.
15	"The Long Arm of the Claw"	January 8, 2005
As the fight between Luffy and Kuro is close to an end, the Usopp Pirates do their best to avoid Django.
16	"The Cat's Ninth Life"	January 15 , 2005
Kuro's ultimate attack, "Cat Out of the Bag", attacks everything in the area, whether friend or foe, and Luffy becomes enraged by his lack of regard for his crew. Will Luffy's determination overcome Kuro's sheer speed?

With Usopp now in the crew and a new ship, the Going Merry, under their command, the Straw Hats head to an island said to hold a fabled treasure, only to encounter a strange man stuck in a treasure box that has also been looking for this treasure.

Krieg Arc

Sanji, a cook at the Baratie, helps a starving pirate named Gin. Luffy begins his job as a waiter to pay for the damage he did to the Baratie, and tries to convince Sanji to join his crew.

Gin returns to the Baratie with his also-starving captain, Don Krieg, to whom Sanji once more gives food, but Don Krieg betrays the cook once he regains his energy.

It is revealed that Chef Zeff was a great pirate known as Red Leg Zeff. Gin explains the catastrophe the fleet met in Grand Line when they encountered Hawk-Eyes Mihawk, and Krieg attempts to take control of the Baratie.

As Nami steals the Going Merry, Mihawk has returned to finish the job, but Zolo challenges him to a duel in order to achieve his dream. Can Zolo handle the might of the world's strongest swordsman?

Mihawk leaves after defeating Zolo, so Krieg continues his invasion and has Pearl, one of his stronger crewmates, attack, and Sanji reveals his fighting skills.

With Zeff held captive by Gin, Sanji has no choice but to take Pearl's hits, and he relects on why Zeff means so much to him.
26	"Here We Go A Ghin"	March 26, 2005
Gin finishes off Pearl, claiming that he wants to kill Sanji himself. Still wounded, Sanji faces Gin while Luffy attacks Don Krieg.
27	"Blitz Krieg"	April 2, 2005
When Gin refuses to kill Sanji, Krieg uses a poison gas on him. Luffy seems to have the advantage in the fight until Krieg pulls out his explosive Battle Spear.
28	"The Crack of Don"	April 9, 2005
Even after taking several hits from the Battle Spear, Luffy refuses to give up. Will his inner spear overcome Krieg's?
29	"New Crew"	April 16, 2005
After the battle, Gin decides to go back to the Grand Line with Krieg despite still being poisoned, and Sanji makes the difficult decision on whether to stay or to go with Luffy.

Arlong Arc

Luffy, Sanji, and Yosaku come across a giant ocean cow, forcing Luffy to use his Gum Gum powers to punch it out of the way. Meanwhile Zolo gets a beating from Nami and everyone meets a man named Genzo who knows Nami.
32	"The Marked Marksman"	May 7, 2005
Chu, one of Arlong's main men, captures Usopp and takes him to Arlong. Zolo hears of this and tries to find and save Usopp but he's to late Nami stabs Usopp in the stomach and he falls into the sea. Johnny sees this and runs to tell everyone. Meanwhile Luffy, Sanji and Yosaku finally hit land, hitting Zolo in the process.
33	"It Takes A Thief"	May 14, 2005
Nami appears and asks everyone to leave but when they refuse Nami runs away saying that they will be killed. Johnny and Yosaku leave because they don't want to get killed and it turns out Nami didn't really kill Usopp but used a rubber knife on him instead. Nami's sister then tells Sanji and Usopp that there is only one person that they will always remember, her name: Bellemere.
34	"The Belle Of The Brawl"	May 21, 2005
A long time ago Arlong came to the village and made everyone that wanted to live pay him money to let them live. Everyone has enough money to pay but Nami's mother's house is not in the village so Arlong doesn't notice it {Nami and Nojiko's mother is poor}. When they are about to leave one of Arlong's crewmates notices smoke from Nami's house. When Arlong gets to her house he knocks on the door but since Nami's mother used to be a marine she puts a shotgun right in his mouth. Arlong eats the shotgun and threatens to kill her if she does not have the money to pay. Nami's mother only has enough money to pay for her two children or herself; she sacrifices herself for her foster children. On top of that Arlong takes Nami because she can draw good maps and he needs a navigator.
35	"You Dirty Rat!"	May 28, 2005
Arlong hired a naval captain to take Nami's treasure so that she would have to work with him longer! Nami starts to cry for the first time in eight years! Luffy gets very upset about this and tells the rest of the crew that it is time to go and fight.
36	"War of the Species"	June 4, 2005
Hatchi makes it so that Luffy cannot move! Then Arlong throws Luffy into the sea with a boulder attached to his feet so that no one can pull him up! Zolo and Sanji cannot save him because they are both in the middle of fights. Who will save Luffy?
37	"Arms Against Arms"	June 11, 2005
It's six swords against one! As Hatchi, the octopus mermen, attempts to kill Zolo for unforgivable things! Meanwhile Sanji continues to fight Kurobi and Nojiko and Genzo try to save Luffy. Will Zolo be able to help them before it's too late!?!
38	"The Comeback Kid"	June 18, 2005
Arlong decides to get up and fight Sanji and Zolo. While Usopp fights and beats Chu. Then Nami shows up and Nojiko wakes up Luffy. Zolo says that Sanji has thirty seconds to free Luffy before Arlong comes for him. When Sanji jumps into the water Hatchi gets up. Nojiko stops Hatchi and Sanji frees Luffy! Luffy is free and the fight between Arlong and him begins! Arlong takes out his teeth and grows them back until he has three pairs of teeth and uses them against Luffy, who steals one and uses it as his own teeth.
39	"Wanted!"	June 25, 2005
After Arlong gets out his Saw-Blade Arlong and Luffy begin to fight inside one of the rooms of Arlong Park. Luffy finds out that it is Nami’s room. Arlong goes on about how happy Nami was, and this angers Luffy. Luffy told him that Nami couldn't be happy but Arlong continues. Luffy sits down while all this is happening, and then Arlong tries to strike down Luffy. Luffy breaks Arlong's sword and becomes enraged, destroying everything in the room. Luffy then break's Arlong's "unbreakable" nose and finally beats Arlong, sending all of Arlong Park down with him! Meanwhile a naval officer makes Luffy a wanted man. Then Luffy and crew decide that they will go to Gold Roger’s home: Roguetown!

Roguetown Arc

Luffy and the gang arrive at the town of the beginning and the end! Roguetown! This is the place where the King of the pirates, Gold Roger, was born, raised, and executed! Luffy decides that he wants to see the gallows. Meanwhile a naval General, Captain Chaser, is notified about Luffy being in his town but is givin no picture. Meanwhile Luffy still can’t find the gallows, so he stops at a bar where an old man tells him about Gold Rodger. General Chaser then gets a picture of Luffy and finds him at the gallows! After a quick little fight Luffy accidentally sends himself flying. And Buggy and his new crew member find out that Luffy is in town.
41	"Switched Blades"	July 9, 2005
After Zolo accidentally breaks the glasses of a naval officer, Tashigi, she wants him to pay for new ones by working for her at the naval base! When he is spotted and recognized he has to run but leaves her money for the glasses… He goes to the sword shop to find new swords when Tashigi shows up and helps him pick two new swords. Then Buggy and Chaser find out that Luffy is at the gallows.
42	"Sanji Sizzles"	July 16, 2005
Sanji enters a cooking contest against a woman named Five-Alarm Carmen for a fish that he has always dreamed of cooking. Meanwhile Buggy and Alvida show up and catches Luffy. Then Sanji wins against Five-Alarm Carmen! And Luffy’s to be executed!
43	"Buggy's Back"	July 23, 2005
Zolo and Sanji show up to late to stop Buggy but a bolt of lightning shows up just in time to cancel the execution. Then Chaser catches Buggy and Alvida and gets on a Dune Buggy to follow Luffy. Meanwhile Luffy, Zolo, and Sanji run into Tashigi. Who Zolo fights and beats quickly. Then Chaser catches up and tells Luffy that if he beats him he can go to the Grand Line. And just when Chaser is about to finish Luffy a mysterious man named Dragon saves him. And a green gust of wind lets Buggy and Alvida escape! Then Luffy and company get away and head to the Grand Line! Chaser, Tashigi, Alvida, and Buggy also decide to go to the Grand Line!

Misty Peak Arc

Luffy, who does not realize the town is full of bounty hunters, engages in a battle with Zolo after he discovers that Zolo attacked the townsfolk, while Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine head for Princess Vivi.

Luffy's crew manages to become targets of Sir Crocodile, one of the Shichibukai, and decide to help Princess Vivi. They also meet Miss All-Sunday, the number two in Baroque Works and assistant to Crocodile.

Drum Island Arc

While searching for a doctor for Nami, Luffy and co. encounter a pirate with a big appetite thanks to him eating the Munch Munch Fruit. After Luffy defeats him, the Straw Hat Crew arrive on the Winter Island and convince the inhabitants there that they aren't here to rob them. When asked about a doctor, the village leader tells them that the witch that lives at the top of the mountain would cure Nami, but have no way of contacting her. Just as the group sets out to find the witch, who is the mysterious person that approaches the house.
49	"Rabid Rabbits"	September 10, 2005
Sanji and Luffy decide that they will carry Nami up a mountain to get to the doctors castle. But before they leave Dolton tells them that there are vicious rabbits on the path that they are taking but they ignore him and leave. Then Dolton explains to Vivi and Usopp that they used to have doctors but Blackbeard wiped them out and that is why they are unkind to pirates. Then he explains that their king, Wapol, left after the pirates attacked. Meanwhile Sanji, Luffy, and Nami run into angry rabbits and Sanji tells Luffy that he can’t fight with Nami on his back. Then Dolton is told that the doctor is not in the castle but at a town called Cocoweed so Usopp, Vivi, and Dolton head there. Dolton explains that he used to work for Wapol and why they are talking they pass the doctor without noticing. And Wapol docks in Cocoweed.
50	"Avalanche!"	September 17, 2005
Wapol finds out that the Staw-Hat Crew is on his island and someone tells Dolton that Wapol is back. So Dolton runs to Cocoweed, revealing his powers to change into an ox. Meanwhile the rabbits create an avalanche that causes Luffy and Sanji to run for their lives and breaks up the fight between Dolton and Wapol’s crew. Sanji gets swallowed by the avalanche while fighting the rabbits who are snowboarding. Then Luffy saves Sanji from dying of cold but still has to carry Nami and Sanji up the mountain.
51	"The Big Climb"	September 24, 2005
Wapol finds Luffy but is stopped by a herd of angry rabbits! Wapol says that the rabbits have never helped humans before but Luffy remembers that he helped the rabbit out of the snow after the avalanche so the rabbits are returning the favor. So Luffy gets away and starts his long climb up the mountain and keeps going because he knows that the witch is at the top. Meanwhile Wapol and his crew beat all of the rabbits and Vivi, Usopp, and Zolo wonder if Dolton survived the avalanche. And Wapol’s army gets beaten by Zolo because Zolo wants a shirt and wants to free Dolton. They continue to search for Dolton and Luffy drops Sanji, who he barley stops from hitting the ground. And when Luffy does make it he falls but a mysterious figure saves him and caries Nami, Luffy, and Sanji to the witch to get cared for.
52	"Tony Tony Chopper"	October 1, 2005
Nami meets Tony Tony Chopper! A small reindeer who can walk on two feet, be clumsy, and talk! Dr. Kurea comes in and tells Nami that she was bit by the Stinky Binkey bug and she could have died and that Nami must stay with her three days. Then Luffy and Sanji start to wake up and see Chopper they say… Meat! They chase Chopper through the castle but Chopper reveals that he has the power of the Human-Human fruit which allows him to become half human and super strong! Meanwhile Wapol and his crew start to go up the mountain and Dolton is found but barely alive! Then Kurea tells Nami that the reindeer and the humans didn’t like him so he is all alone. Kurea then says that Nami is free to take him if he wants to go with her. And later Luffy agrees that he wants to take Chopper.
53	"Freaky"	October 8, 2005
Luffy offers for Chopper to join his crew but Chopper refuses. Kurea mentions that Chopper has only had one friend his name, Dr. Hiriluk. A long time ago, Hiriluk found Chopper with gun shots in his back and when he tries to help him he punches him but Hiriluk screams that he will not hurt Chopper just repair him so Chopper falls down leaving Hiriluk to fix him. He takes him home to fix him then he names him Tony Tony Chopper and accepts him as a friend even though he can talk and he is a freak. Then Hiriluk tells Chopper that Cherry Blossoms create miracles. Then one day when Chopper is completely healed Hiriluk kicks him out for no reason at all. Later, why Chopper is spying on Kiriluk he finds out that Hiriluk is going to die in ten days.
54	"The Impossible Dream"	October 15, 2005
Chopper finds out about a mushroom that can heal Dr. Hiriluk so he goes on a dangerous journey while Dr. Hiriluk spends his last few days searching for a way to make Cherry Blossoms. Then, Chopper finds the mushroom and brings it to Hiriluk. Meanwhile, Wapol wants to destroy all of the doctors that don’t work for him so he sends out a warning that all of the doctors are sick and he needs someone to heal them. So Dr. Hiriluk comes to heal them but before he did he found a way to make Cherry Blossoms and gave it to Kurea to plant while he goes to heal people. Then Chopper goes to Dr. Kurea’s place and she tells him that the mushroom that he gave Dr. Hiriluk was poisonous. So Chopper runs to get Hiriluk. Meanwhile Dr. Hiriluk falls into Wapol’s trap! Hiriluk dies and Chopper gets there to late! Dolton stops Chopper from getting himself killed and Dolton gets locked up. And in the present, Wapol gets to the castle.
55	"Defending the Flag"	October 22, 2005
Wapol is finally at the castle and everyone comes out to fight! Luffy sends Wapol flying with one punch but Wapol gets up and Kuromimo throws furry black balls at Sanji! They stick to Sanji and he can’t get them off so he gets them on Chopper! They eventually get them off but Wapol eats a connon and reveals that the Munch Munch Fruit gives him the power to turn into what he eats. He then turns into a house {which he had eaten earlier in the day} and he eats Kuromimo and Chess and spits them out combined! They are now Chessmrmimo. He starts firing cannons at the flag of Dr. H and Chopper gets mad but doesn’t fight. Wapol shoots his cannon at the flag and Luffy defends it the only way he knows how!
56	"Let's Get Ready to Rumble"	October 29, 2005
Chopper shows that with his invention the Rumble Ball he can transform into more forms and spot the ememy's weak spot. So, with it he beats Chessmarimo.
57	"The Once & Future King"	November 5, 2005
Wapol is in the castle looking for Nami and when he does he eats himself and makes him skinny! Luffy comes and saves the day but Wapol escapes! Luffy chases him but Wapol gets to the cannon. He is about to shoot Luffy when he realizes that a birds nest is in the cannon and he can’t fire it. Meanwhile Dolton, Vivi, Usopp, Zolo, and other townspeople are coming up to the castle. Wapol fires his mouth-made cannon at Luffy but it barely hurts him. Luffy uses Gum-Gum Crossbow and Double-Barrel to put an end to Wapol once and for all.

Luffy fights Crocodile with more success this time by using water, but still loses this round. Meanwhile, the other Straw Hats hurry to locate the bomb before it goes off. Nico Robin forces the king to take her to the tomb where the Pluton Poneglyph is hidden.

Crocodile joins Robin in the tomb, and she translates the Poneglyph. When it turns out to be only a history and says nothing of Pluton, he betrays her and strikes her down from the back. Luffy recovers from the last round of fighting and chases after Crocodile into the tomb.
92	"The Sweat Threat"	June 9, 2007
Luffy finally meets up with Crocodile in the tomb and the final round begins. Luffy says that Crocodile has stolen something from the people of the country. Crocodile then asks what and Luffy says "The Land." Crocodile then asks Luffy why he cares so much and Luffy says because Vivi is his friend. Then Luffy says that he may not have water but he has sweat and that's how he will defeat him. Meanwhile the crew continues to search for the bomb. Vivi finally discovers the only place it could be, in the clocktower. When Vivi and Usopp get to there they meet up with Nami and Chopper. They also dicover that Sanji and Zolo are higher up on the clocktower.
93	"The Bomb in the Bellfry"	June 16, 2007
Vivi finds the bomb inside of the clock tower, but the Mr. 7 pair of Baroque Works are there to protect it. Vivi defeats them, but she realizes the bomb cannot be stopped so easily. It has a timer, and right before it blows up, Pell shows up and takes it into the atmosphere, where he sacrifices himself to save Alabasta.
94	"Sandbagged"	June 23, 2007
After Pell's heroic sacrifice the war of Alabasta still rage's on. The Mr.7 pair have been subdued and Luffy and Crocodile continue their fight. Luffy finally defeats Crocodile by sending him to the air and using his Gum Gum Storm on him sending Sir Crocodile through solid bedrock and through the atmosphere. Nefeltari Vivi sees Crocodile flying and could not hold back her tears. The war had still been going on with Vivi continuously telling the people to stop the fighting. Suddenly rain falls on Alabasta and the people halt. The entire country is in shock of seeing rain causing the war to finally end.

Now that the battle has ended, the outcome is tallied. Igaram appears with proof of Nebra's innocence, as well as Kohza telling everything. Tashigi and Chaser both are rewarded for taking on Crocodile, but neither one of them believes that is right, considering the Straw Hat pirates did all the work.

The Straw Hat Pirates end up having a meal at the palace with Vivi, even thought the guards find them rude! The Straw Hats, Nebra, Igaram and Vivi enjoy a session in the Royal Bath's. Afterwards, they receive a call from Mr. 2, saying that he has the Going Merry.

The Straw Hats leave Alabasta, without Vivi and Carue, as they decide to stay behind. Mr. 2 and his crew attempt to protect the Straw Hats from Captain Hina.

(Filler) Upon entering the Wrecker's Reef, the Straw Hats are attacked by a group of children claiming themselves to be pirates. It turns out that Henzo and these children are friends from 50 years ago, but the Rainbow Mist only made three days pass in the real world's years. After some arguing, the children start to slowly agree with the Straw Hats and their plan to escape. NOTE: the children's names are Rapanui, Isoka, Pukau, Akibi, and Rongo
102	"No Way Out"	September 1, 2007
(Filler) Almost all of the pumpkin pirates have started to trust the Starw Hat pirates except for Rapanui who still doesnt believe that Henzo had ages so much. Henzo then receives a call from Ruluka Island from the mayor which then is the phone is taken by Nami. Henzo tells them to get a new invention that will help them get out of the rainbow mist. Nami, Chopper, and Sanji then sail off to save the rest of the crew.

(Filler) When Henzo and Rapanui are about to become friends again, Luffy flings himself into the outer edge of the mist taking Rapanui with him. While outside Nami sails into the mist while Chopper and Sanji hold the rope that is connected to her boat. When she finds the others the boat gets stolen by Ian, the Pumpkin Pirates prisoner, leaving them stuck in the mist. Meanwhile Mayor Whetton lowers a tower into the mist so he and his men can steal the treasure.
104	"The Great Escape 2"	September 22, 2007
(Filler) The crew finally escape the mist, leaving the ship damaged. Mayor Whetton is arrested by a much older Rapanui (who is now in the Navy), who lets the Straw Hats escape. As the Straw Hats set sail, an old pirate ship starts falling from the sky above them!
