Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki is an Indian television epic series produced by Balaji Telefilms. Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki premiered on 9X on July 7, 2008.It is a modern version of the epic Mahabharata.
==About the Show== It tells the story of a dynastic struggle for the throne of Hastinapura, the kingdom ruled by the Kuru clan. The two collateral branches of the family that participate in the struggle are the Kaurava and the Pandava. Although the Kaurava is the senior branch of the family, Duryodhana, the eldest Kaurava, is younger than Yudhisthira, the eldest Pandava. The seeds of the battle of Kurukshetra were laid in the boyhood days of the Kauravas and Pandavas,when Shakuni the maternal Uncle of the Kauravas poisoned the Mind of Duryodhan !!
The most important part of the story comes when the Kauravas and the Pandavas fight the battle of Kurukshetra.
When the battle is just about to begin Arjuna loses the will to fight after seeing all his own people opposite to him in the battle feild.The dialogue between arjuna n krishna is the crux of Mahabharat.Its the dialogue between the The Divine consciousness ot TheBramhan and the Atman.!!
The serial as a whole is an excellent work by Ekta kapoor and all the actors.Its the first time in India that Mahabharata has been made in a way which will relate to both the indian as well as the western audience because the costumes designed for the serial are a beautiful blend of Indian and the Greek style.!!!!!
This serial will surely take your heart away if you are intrested in The story of Mahabharata..and the Bhagavad Gita!!!
