V Festival is an annual rock festival held simultaneously at Chelmsford and Staffordshire, England since 1996. The event is sponsored by Virgin Mobile and regularly takes place over two days in August. British and international musicians perform at the festival. The event is tentatively scheduled for August 20 and 21 2005.

Notable perfomers from 2004 included Muse, Dido, Starsailor, Pixies, N.E.R.D., and The Strokes.
