Synopsis
Watching Chase of the Chaste Open
Mary Lynn Rajskub introduces Bob and David. Bob wants to start the show, but David can't get away from his TV because he is watching an interesting news story. They realize that the audience is all watching the same news story on TV.

Popemobile Chase/News
"The Chase of the Chaste" is the name of the news report on the station KSAW 6, and Ron and Terry, the two anchors, are covering a police pursuit involving the Pope who is inside of the Popemobile. The Pope is fleeing authorities after murdering Bishop Francios Pertaup. Ron and Terry are joined by Tim McCracken, a Pope expert. McCracken is not a Catholic; and he works at the Pope Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, which is located in a wing of the Football Hall of Fame. Tim is wearing an "I HEART THE POPE" T-shirt. Terry mentions that authorities have been pursuing the Pope for two-and-a-half hours. Tim begins to disrupt the newscast, and he is sent to wait in the Experts Lounge.

Dudes Arguing Link
Three heavy metal-looking gentlemen are watching the Pope chase on a handheld TV in the car. They begins arguing over the chase; and eventually, one of them is thrown out of the car right in front of Nil's Guitar School. The man enters the Guitar School.

Nil's Guitar Shop
Inside the guitar store, a young man named Larry enters for a guitar lesson. Larry begins playing the guitar poorly, but Nil acts amazed. Larry continues to play poorly, and Nil's friend Blackie is also amazed by Larry's playing. Nil gets a phone call; and afterwards, he tells Larry to stop playing. He explains that Larry's mom had called ahead and mentioned that Larry only had a few weeks to live. However, she had just called back saying that this was a mistake, so Nil can now be honest with Larry about his playing. Larry did not know that he was dying, and he seems confused. Nil gets another phone call; and he and Blackie tell Larry to play guitar again. Once again, they act like his playing is incredible. Larry becomes suspicious, but they explain that it was a prank. Nil gets another phone call, and he invites Larry to play in their show that night. Larry runs off, and Blackie becomes worried about the show. Nil assures him that Larry won't make it to the show. However, Larry does make it to the concert; and the fans all cheer anyways because they had been individually called by Larry's mother.

Iminent Death Syndrome
The next day, Larry puzzles his doctor by staying alive. Larry decides that he wants to attend Harvard, so his mother calls the university and they award him a doctoral degree. Larry next wanted to practice medicine, so his mother called a hospital in Florida and they allowed him to do so. After more medical tests, Larry is diagnosed with Iminent Death Syndrome. His doctor mentions that with the disease, a person is on the brink of death for 80 to 100 years. He mentions that the disease puts the loved ones of the person with the disease in an awkward position. The doctor gets a call that Larry has passed away, and he goes to watch the trial.

Trial of the Millennium
News anchors Ron and Terry are reporting on the Pope's trial. Ron mentions that the sequestered jury is going to a coffee house that night to watch a performance artist.

Spank
At the coffee house Coffee Clutch, host Arty welcomes performance artist Spank. Spank is very angry and he begins shouting about his hatred for America. He begins to try to defecate on the American flag in order to show his discontent. He is unable to do so, so he tries to urinate on the flag. He is unable to do this either.

Expert Truck
Spank is in a courtroom, demanding that the flag be put in jail. He demands a flag expert for the trial. The bailiff goes off in search of a flag expert, and rounds up several other experts in the proccess. They travel back to the trial in the Expert Truck. The expert says that Spank was rendered constipated by the combination of colors in the flag. The judge asks the expert to explain further, so the expert instructs the courtroom to take the magic pills that he has provided so that he can show them his theory. Everyone takes the pills and sees a scene with the Founding Fathers.

Founding Fathers
America's Founding Fathers hold a meeting to create a flag on which performance artists cannot defecate. They debate for a long time, until Abraham Lincoln makes a flag that cannot be defecated on. The Founding Fathers try to defecate on it, but they are unable.

History Museum
The story of the founding fathers is being told by a slob named Droopy, who is telling the story in order to get a job at a museum. The museum employee turns Droopy down, until he gets a phone call telling him that Droopy has Iminent Death Syndrome. He gives Droopy the job, and Droopy begins to watch the news on television.

Watching Murders Close
Bob and David are backstage, watching the news broadcast. The news anchors introduce footage of a double murder, and the footage is of David and Bob watching the news and being murdered. David and Bob watch this footage while eating Pit-Pat-Os cereal.
