Mary Lynn Rajskub (born June 22, 1971 in Detroit , Michigan ) is an American actress , best known for her portrayal of Chloe O'Brian in the television series 24 .

biography

Rajskub graduated from Trenton High School in Trenton in 1989 . She then studied in Detroit and later in San Francisco at the art academy. She discovered her comedic talent and began a career on television .

At the beginning she appeared in some comedy shows such as Mr. Show with Bob and David and The Larry Sanders Show on US television. She was also seen in smaller roles in various comedies, including Road Trip , Punch-Drunk Love and Sweet Home Alabama .

Her breakthrough came in 2003 with a more serious role in the real-time television series 24 . In it she can be seen as the computer expert Chloe O'Brian . While she still had a smaller role in the third season, she is one of the main cast of 24 from the fourth season . She also had guest appearances on other television series such as King of Queens and Gilmore Girls . In 2006 she starred in the movie Firewall, alongside Harrison Ford and Paul Bettany . For the sequel to 24 , 24: Live Another Day , she resumed her role as Chloe O'Brian in 2014 .

Mary Lynn Rajskub is an avid painter and guitar player . She appears as a stand-up comedian and was one half of the comedy duo Girls Guitar Club . On July 24, 2008, Rajskub had their first child. Father is Matthew Rolph, whom she married on August 2, 2009 in Las Vegas .
