Saskatchewan Highway 12 is a major highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from Saskathcewan Highway 11 in Saskatoon to Township Road 502 near Shell Lake. Highway 12 is about 133 km (83 mi.) long.

Highway 12 passes through the towns of Martensville and Blaine Lake. Other than Highway 11, Highway 12 intersects the majpr highways Saskatchewan Highway 40 and Saskatchewan Highway 3.
